WebMedsTogo has one of the largest networks of doctors that can see you in person for your chronic pain consultation and long term care and we are continuously adding new doctors and clinics across the country. Your consultation can usually happen with-in 48 to 72 hours (depending on your location) and usually with-in short driving distance from your home. You will then be cared for by the same doctor for the remainder of the year and longer. The cost for the consultation will be $325, plus the cost for continued service.
Our program requires every patient to see their WebMedsTogo Network Physician for an initial, face-to-face visit. WebMedsTogo will schedule your appointment for you, provide the address of the Doctor's office along with any other pertinent information you will need. WebMedsTogo will collect your payment prior to your visit with the Doctor. Please remember that your visit has been pre - paid for and covers only the basic exam. Any further exams, x-ray's, or costs must be paid at the clinic by you, the patient. If there are charges at the clinic that you did not authorize, you must contact MedicExams before leaving the clinic. You will only need to take your picture ID with you. You should also know that they will file the exam notes with us, via e mail. You do not need to take a copy of your exam with you, unless you request it.
The entire process will take anywhere from 48 hours to 10 days, depending on the time it takes to get your initial consult done. Your Doctor will usually do your follow up visits via telephone for the next year assuming your condition doesn't change. In some states,the law or the doctor may require more frequent visits to the doctors office. In either case, the follow up care is usually done monthly. WebMedsTogo will be in contact with you approximately a 1 week in advance of that due date to schedule your next appointment. Do not call the doctor’s office for that appointment.

Refund Policy:
WebMedsTogo manages your confidential medical information in addition to introducing you for a consultation with a qualified physician, and while medication therapies are often recommended we cannot guarantee that this consultation will result in a prescription.
If you are not granted a consultation by the doctor, you will not be charged any fees. If for any reason your card was charged but you subsequently did not receive a consultation because of doctor failing to contact you, any charges will be refunded in full. Once consultation is set, there is a $99 cancellation fee to cover our processing fees, office time, and cancelation fees set by the doctors. . If you are consulted by a doctor who subsequently decides that prescribed treatments are not appropriate to your condition there will be no refunds, as WebMedsTogo acts only as a referral service to a licensed physician. Any prescribing of medications is purely at the discretion of the relevant physician who examines you.
Should a prescription be written by the doctor, you have the right to take that prescription with you. In that case, you will be solely responsible for having that prescription filled. WebMedsTogo has no affiliation with, or control over, any pharmacies and therefore will not be involved in any issues or disputes you may have with the pharmacy of your subsequent choice.
